If comfort is a priority, be prepared for cramped rooms that might feel like you're living in a sardine can!!! The bathroom privacy is non-existent due to the glass walls, leaving little room for personal space.

Our room had a spaciousness that was refreshing, allowing us to breathe easy while we unpacked. The staff was polite, they helped us navigate the area, even suggesting that popular ramen spot that was a few blocks away.

Our stay was delightful. we loved the spacious Queen Room with a huge bed and clean bathroom. Watching shows on the 40-inch LED TV after a long day was a highlight. Plus, the location was perfect, blending nightlife and quiet!

staying at shibuya hotel was a delight! the location is fantastic, just a 10-15 min walk to the bustling shibuya crossing and close to cute alleys filled with bars and restaurants. the staff was friendly and they provided complimentary water daily, which was a lovely touch.

The location is a huge plus, only a short walk to shopping and dining options, with 7-Eleven and Lawson's nearby. The staff were exceptionally helpful, even assisting with my lost camera situation. However, the room felt cramped, and the bathroom design may not be ideal for everyone's taste. Limited space made moving around with luggage challenging, and the lack of traditional Japanese touches might disappoint some.

It was just a good match for a city trip in Tokyo with all in all brilliant value for money. The complimentary breakfast was simple but filling, with enough choices to start the day right. Avoid heavy luggage if using the small side roads to reach the hotel.
